The WisLink PLC LX200V50 EVB is a professional powerline communication evaluation board based on the Qualcomm QCA7550 SoC . It is used to transmit multi-stream Ethernet content over the electrical grid into an Ethernet 802.3 network. The PLC module’s specialized MAC unit manages network ingress and service streams, ensuring the highest quality of service (QoS).

With a maximum data rate of 1000 Mbps, this EVB is ideal for research, product development, and functional testing in demanding network environments. It requires no user configuration—plug and play.

It offers two power options : USB Type-C or a power adapter port (barrel jack) . It also features an RJ45 Ethernet port and a Powerline port.

The board is fully HomePlug® AV2 compliant , supports MIMO and SISO profiles up to 67 MHz , uses advanced OFDM modulation techniques (up to 4096-QAM) and offers features such as MIMO with beamforming , error correction (Turbo FEC) , channel-based adaptation , 128-bit AES encryption , as well as full QoS and IGMP functions .
