WisLink PLC LX200V30 EVB – Power Line Communication (PLC) Module

The WisLink PLC LX200V30 EVB is a next-generation power line communication (PLC) module based on the Qualcomm QCA7420 SoC and utilizes OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) modulation technology for efficient data transmission. It delivers a physical layer data rate of up to 500 Mbps*, allowing robust connectivity over existing power infrastructure.

The EVB (Evaluation Board) provides standard Ethernet front-end ports and also includes a twisted pair interface for greater installation flexibility. It supports IP access over power lines with a range of up to 300 meters and up to 600 meters over twisted pair.

With built-in 128-bit AES encryption, your data remains secure. The module operates in the 2–30 MHz frequency band without interfering with existing CATV signals over coaxial cables. It supports both IEEE 1901 and HomePlug AV standards and allows interconnection between up to 8 modules.

Thanks to its modular design, it is easy to embed into existing devices and accelerates time-to-market for your PLC-enabled solutions.

*Note: The stated maximum data rate is at the physical layer. The effective data rate on the application layer will be lower.
