WisBlock Power Slot Base Set – RAK19009 + RAK19012

The WisBlock Power Slot Base Set is a modular hardware platform that integrates the RAK19009 WisBlock Mini Base Board and the RAK19012 Power Slot Module, designed for scalable and space-efficient IoT projects.

RAK19009 – WisBlock Mini Base Board

The RAK19009 acts as the central baseboard to connect WisBlock Core, Power, and Sensor modules. It includes:

• 1 slot for a WisBlock Core module

• 1 slot for a WisBlock Power module (e.g., RAK19012)

• 2 slots (Slot C and D) for WisBlock sensor or interface modules

Thanks to high-speed board-to-board connectors, modules are securely interconnected with reliable signal integrity, even in environments with mechanical vibration. Expansion is supported via two 2.54 mm pitch headers exposing BOOT, I2C, and UART through solder contacts.

RAK19012 – Power Slot Module

The RAK19012 provides power to the baseboard through battery, solar panel, or external power sources. It supports efficient power management, including integrated charging functionality for LiPo batteries.

Flexible Modular Design

This modular set supports fast reconfiguration and customization for different IoT applications, from low-power remote sensors to enterprise-grade edge devices. It supports various low-power microcontrollers and sensor combinations.
