Sensor Adapter for Click, QWIIC and Grove Modules – RAK1920

The RAK1920 Sensor Adapter Module expands the WisBlock system with a flexible interface for multiple sensor technologies. It supports integration with Click Boards™ from MikroElektronika, Qwiic Connect™ sensors from SparkFun, and Grove™ sensors from SeeedStudio.

It provides:

• One Click!-compatible slot

• One QWIIC-compatible connector

• Two Grove-compatible connectors

  • The first Grove port supports I²C and Digital IO sensors

  • The second Grove port supports UART and Analog sensors

When combined with a RAK4631 WisBlock Core, the RAK1920 creates a powerful IoT solution that connects standardized sensors to LoRaWAN®, LoRa® Point-to-Point, or BLE communication.

The module supports 3.3 V and 5 V sensors and integrates a PTC thermistor to protect against output power overload. Designed for battery-powered applications, it can be completely powered down by the WisBlock system to reduce energy consumption.
