Technical Details
The Milesight EM300‑ZLD‑868M is a robust zone leak detection sensor that uses a 3-meter conductive sensing cable to monitor the presence of liquids over large areas. It triggers an alarm when the liquid level reaches 5 mm, making it perfect for detecting flooding or leaks in critical environments like basements, pump rooms, server racks, pipe networks, and industrial facilities.
Utilizing LoRaWAN® and Milesight D2D wireless technologies, it supports long-range communication (up to 10 km line of sight) with ultra-low power consumption. The device includes temperature and humidity sensors for environmental monitoring, supports NFC-based setup, and can be configured via mobile app or downlink.
The EM300-ZLD supports local data storage (2,800 entries), data retransmission, and threshold alarms, ensuring reliable and timely leak notifications. Its IP67-rated housing and PE steel-reinforced cable offer durability in harsh environments. With a 4000 mAh battery (optional 8000 mAh), it delivers over 10 years of operation under typical usage.
Installation is quick and versatile with wall screw, cable tie, or 3M tape mounting for both the transceiver and cable. It integrates seamlessly with Milesight gateways, IoT Cloud, and the Milesight Development Platform for remote monitoring and smart leak management.
