Milesight WS101-868M PN Scene – LoRaWAN® Smart Function Button for Scene Control

The Milesight WS101-868M PN Scene is a LoRaWAN®-based multifunctional smart button designed for simple and flexible control of connected devices, scenes, or alarm systems. It supports short press, long press, and double press modes — each customizable by the user to trigger specific actions, send SOS alerts, or activate IoT automations.

Equipped with a status/alarm LED indicator and buzzer, the WS101 provides instant feedback for press actions, connection status, or low battery warnings. Using the Milesight D2D protocol, it can communicate directly with other D2D-compatible devices without requiring a gateway, enabling ultra-low-latency local control.

Powered by LoRaWAN® wireless technology, the WS101 offers ultra-long transmission distances of up to 15 km (line-of-sight) and ensures highly reliable, energy-efficient operation. Configuration is simple via NFC using the Milesight mobile app or downlink commands.

The device runs on a 1650 mAh ER14335 Li-SOCl₂ battery, providing over 5 years of service life under typical conditions and up to 9.5 years depending on network settings and usage frequency. The flame-retardant polycarbonate housing, compact 50 mm design, and multiple mounting options (screws, 3M adhesive, or lanyard) make installation and portability effortless.

Available in white or red button color, the WS101 is CE, FCC, LoRaWAN® Certified, and RoHS compliant. It seamlessly integrates with the Milesight IoT Cloud and Milesight Development Platform, making it a powerful tool for wireless control in smart homes, workplaces, hotels, and educational environments.
