The Milesight EM500-PP-868M (PN: G1/2M-4842) is an industrial-grade pressure sensor engineered to monitor water and pipe pressure in harsh and demanding environments. Leveraging LoRaWAN® wireless technology, this sensor enables ultra-low-power long-range data transmission of up to 10 kilometers in line-of-sight conditions.

With a measurement range of 0–1600 kPa (16 Bar), and ±0.5% full-scale accuracy, the EM500-PP delivers precise pressure readings for infrastructure and environmental monitoring. The vented gauge pressure type ensures reliable operation across various pipeline and fluid systems.

Encased in a rugged stainless steel 316L sensing body and IP67-rated transceiver, the device is designed for durability and extended outdoor use. Its replaceable 19000 mAh battery supports autonomous operation for up to 10 years, making it maintenance-free for long periods.

The sensor supports a variety of configuration methods including NFC mobile apps, USB Type-C PC tools, and remote downlink. It also includes data logging (1,000 entries), retransmission, threshold alarms, and is compatible with Milesight D2D control protocols.

Easily integrated into existing LoRaWAN® networks and cloud-based IoT platforms such as Milesight IoT Cloud, the EM500-PP enables smart data visualization and remote management. Its versatile design supports pole, wall, and DIN rail mounting, offering wide flexibility in deployment.
