The Milesight EM500-LGT-868M PN: RY is an advanced light intensity sensor optimized for outdoor and industrial environments. It utilizes LoRaWAN® wireless technology to ensure ultra-low power, long-range communication of up to 10 kilometers line of sight, making it perfect for large-scale, distributed deployments.

This sensor features a wide detection range of 0–100,000 lux, ±3% accuracy, and 1 lux resolution, providing precise measurements suitable for light-dependent applications. It comes with a robust aluminum alloy light sensor (IP65) and a waterproof IP67 transceiver, ensuring stable performance in challenging weather and environmental conditions.

Powered by a 19000 mAh ER34615 battery, the EM500-LGT can run for up to 10 years at a 10-minute measurement interval, eliminating the need for frequent maintenance. The included 3-meter cable allows flexible placement of the light sensor component, while the rugged design supports pole, wall, or DIN rail installation.

Configuration and setup are simple and flexible via NFC using a mobile app, USB Type-C for PC software, or remote downlink commands. It also features data logging (1,000 entries), data retransmission, threshold alarms, and full compatibility with Milesight IoT Cloud for streamlined remote monitoring and analysis.
