The Milesight AM307-868M is an advanced multi-sensor device designed to provide comprehensive monitoring of indoor environmental conditions. Using state-of-the-art digital and MEMS technologies, it simultaneously measures CO₂ concentration, TVOC levels, temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, light intensity, and occupancy (motion).

All data is displayed in real time on a 4.2-inch black-and-white E-Ink screen and transmitted wirelessly via LoRaWAN®, ensuring efficient communication with minimal energy consumption. The built-in traffic light indicator and buzzer alert users to threshold exceedances, while NFC and USB Type-C interfaces simplify setup, calibration, and data access.

With a battery life of up to 3.9 years, local data storage for up to 18,000 records, and compatibility with Milesight IoT Cloud, the AM307 offers reliable long-term monitoring. The device is ideal for air quality management, smart building systems, and energy optimization across commercial and institutional environments.
