The RAK12500, part of the WisBlock Sensor Series, is a GNSS/GPS location module designed for integration into production-ready IoT solutions. It must be paired with a WisBlock Core and a Base module to function as an LPWAN tracker device.

Powered by the u-blox ZOE-M8Q chip, the module supports multiple satellite systems including GPS, GLONASS, QZSS, and BeiDou, ensuring precise and reliable location data. With a location accuracy of ±2.5 meters, velocity accuracy of ±0.05 m/s, and a 10 Hz update rate, the RAK12500 is perfectly suited for IoT applications requiring fast and accurate positioning.

Featuring high sensitivity, minimal acquisition time (29 seconds cold start, 1 second hot start), and an ultra-low power consumption of < 15 µA, the module is ideal for energy-efficient IoT solutions. Its compact size of 10 mm x 23 mm allows easy integration into a variety of systems.
