The RAK12009, part of the WisBlock Sensor Series, is an alcohol gas sensor module designed for accurate detection of alcohol concentrations in the air. It integrates the MQ-3B sensor from Zhengzhou Winsen Electronics, known for its high sensitivity to alcohol, with a detection range of 25 to 500 ppm.
This module features an I²C interface with a 7-bit address of 0x54, allowing for easy integration into IoT and monitoring systems. It also includes an alert function to trigger notifications when critical levels are detected. Powered by a 3.3 V or VBAT supply, the RAK12009 comes in a compact 25 mm x 35 mm form factor.
