The RAK13800 Ethernet Module is a compact and reliable solution for stable internet connectivity. Powered by the WIZnet W5100S-L chip, it integrates a hardwired TCP/IP stack with 10/100 Ethernet MAC and PHY, making it a true single-chip solution.
Supporting key internet protocols such as TCP, UDP, IPv4, ICMP, ARP, IGMP, and PPPoE, the RAK13800 has been proven through extensive applications over the past decade.
With four independent SOCKETs and 16 KBytes of internal TX/RX buffer memory, the module enables seamless multi-connection handling. Its SPI host interface ensures simple integration into embedded systems.
For energy-efficient use, the module supports Ethernet power-down mode, main clock gating, and Wake on LAN (WOL) over UDP. Additionally, network status LEDs simplify real-time monitoring and troubleshooting.
Measuring only 25 × 50 mm, the RAK13800 also supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) when combined with the optional WisBlock RAK19018 PoE module, making it ideal for IoT and embedded networking applications that demand flexibility and stability.
