The RAK15000 EEPROM Module provides a reliable and compact non-volatile memory solution for WisBlock-based projects. Featuring the Microchip AT24CM02 chip, it offers 2,097,152 bits (2 Mbit) organized as 262,144 words of 8 bits.

It supports an I²C-compatible (2-wire) interface, with both 100 kHz Standard Mode and 400 kHz Fast Mode, ensuring easy integration and fast data access. With a standby current consumption of less than 3 µA at 5.5 V, it is highly suitable for battery-powered IoT devices.

The RAK15000 is designed for high reliability, with 1,000,000 write cycles, 100-year data retention, and built-in error detection and correction. It also supports a 256-byte Page Write Mode along with random and sequential read modes.

Its compact 10 × 10 mm size makes it ideal for space-constrained IoT designs requiring durable and efficient memory storage.
