Dragino DS03A-NB – NB-IoT Door Sensor (EU868)

The Dragino DS03A-NB is a weatherproof NB-IoT door sensor built for long-term outdoor use. It detects door status changes (open/close), counts the number of openings, measures the duration of each event, and periodically transmits this data to an IoT server via NB-IoT networks.

It supports multiple communication protocols including MQTT, MQTTs, UDP, and TCP, making it compatible with various IoT platforms. The device also includes advanced features such as open-duration alarms, configurable event-based or periodic reporting, and a Datalog function to store data locally when the network is unavailable.

For simplified deployment, the DS03A-NB offers optional versions with built-in SIM cards and default IoT server settings. It supports BLE for configuration and over-the-air firmware updates.

Powered by an 8500 mAh Li-SOCI2 battery, the sensor is optimized for ultra-low power consumption and can operate for several years without maintenance.
