The RAK15004 FRAM Module brings a highly reliable and energy-efficient memory solution to WisBlock-based projects. Using the Fujitsu MB85RC512T chip, it provides 64 kByte of storage capacity, sufficient for a wide range of IoT applications.
With a read/write endurance of 10 trillion cycles per byte and data retention of up to 95 years at +55 °C, it significantly outperforms conventional EEPROM or Flash storage. The module supports a high-speed I²C interface with speeds up to 3.4 MHz, ensuring seamless integration with WisBlock Core modules.
It is optimized for low power consumption, drawing only 0.71 mA typical during operation and 15 μA in standby, making it ideal for battery-powered IoT devices. The wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C guarantees stable performance in harsh environments.
