The RAK15007 FRAM Module adds a high-reliability, non-volatile memory solution to WisBlock systems. Featuring the Infineon CY15B108QN chip, it provides 1 MByte of storage, making it one of the largest FRAM capacities available on a single chip.

Unlike EEPROM or Flash memory, FRAM supports virtually unlimited read/write operations. The RAK15007 offers up to 10 trillion write cycles and data retention of up to 200 years (at +35 °C), ensuring exceptional durability and reliability for frequent data logging and mission-critical storage.

It features a 40 MHz SPI interface, low power consumption (2.6 mA during operation, 3.5 µA in standby), and operates in a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C. With a compact size of 10 × 10 mm, the RAK15007 is ideal for space-constrained and battery-powered IoT applications requiring robust and long-term memory performance.
