Delivery of Digital Content

Digital products (e.g., downloadable files or data) are not subject to shipping fees.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link.

This email will be sent within 24 hours of order confirmation (or after payment initiation if prepayment is selected).

Your digital items will also be accessible via your customer account, and you will receive a separate email notification once they are available.

Note: Digital content is available worldwide.

Shipping Costs for Physical Goods

Within Germany:

• Flat shipping fee of €7.00 (excl. VAT)

• Free shipping for orders over €2,000

To EU Countries:

• Flat shipping fee of €15.00 (plus applicable VAT based on destination)

• Free shipping for orders over €2,000

To Non-EU Countries:

• Orders under €1,000: Flat rate of €40.00 (excl. VAT)

• Orders over €1,000: Flat rate of €85.00 (excl. VAT), including shipping and customs processing

Note: Import taxes (e.g., VAT) are not included and must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping provider.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Within Germany: 3–5 business days

• International orders: 5–7 business days

The delivery period begins upon order confirmation (or payment initiation if prepayment is selected).

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order contains items with different availability, we will ship all items together unless otherwise requested. In this case, the longest stated delivery time applies.
