Product Description Technical Details

The RAK14002 WisBlock Touch Pad Module enables modern, touch-sensitive user interfaces with up to three capacitive buttons. Built around the Microchip CAP1293 capacitive touch sensor, it’s an ideal replacement for traditional push buttons, providing a reliable and durable touch solution.

With proximity detection, the module can sense when a user approaches before making contact. It also supports multiple button pattern recognition, slide-over (swipe) detection, and includes programmable sensitivity for customized interactions. A power button function is also integrated for added convenience.

Designed for energy efficiency, the RAK14002 operates at a low 50 µA quiescent current in standby mode. It communicates via an I²C interface and uses a 3.3 V power supply.

Measuring just 25 × 35 mm, the module is compact and easy to integrate into WisBlock-based IoT projects requiring intuitive and robust user input.
