The RAK1906, part of the WisBlock Sensor Series, is a 4-in-1 environmental sensor module powered by the trusted Bosch BME680 sensor chip. It precisely measures temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure and also includes an integrated gas sensor to determine air quality.

When paired with the RAK4631 WisBlock Core, the RAK1906 is ready for applications such as air quality monitoring, weather stations, gas detection, and smart home automation. Data can be transmitted via LoRaWAN®, LoRa® point-to-point, or BLE, making it highly flexible for IoT solutions.

Thanks to its low power consumption (0.15 µA to 350 µA) and the ability to completely power down when not in use, the RAK1906 is ideal for battery-powered applications. With its compact size of 10 mm x 10 mm and support for the Bosch BSEC algorithm to calculate the IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) index, it is a professional-grade solution for IoT deployments.
