Flex Sensor Spectrasymbol FS-L-0095-103-ST RAK12016

The RAK12016 Flex Sensor is part of the RAKwireless WisBlock Sensor series and is based on the Spectrasymbol FS-L-0095-103-ST. This sensor measures the bending angle of objects using a flexible resistive strip whose resistance changes when bent.

Thanks to its integrated ADC converter, the bending data can be read directly over an I2C interface, eliminating the need for an analog input.

Typical applications include human-machine interfaces, such as mounting the sensor on a finger for gesture detection, and safety monitoring systems in production lines to detect mechanical bending under stress.
