Product Description Technical Details

The RAK12022 PT100 Sensor Module, part of the WisBlock Sensor Series, adds an industrial-grade temperature measurement solution to your IoT projects. Powered by the MAX31865 resistance-to-digital converter, it converts RTD resistance values into digital data through a high-precision delta-sigma ADC.

The module includes fully differential VREF inputs and protection against overvoltage up to 45 V, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments. It also features programmable detection for open and short-circuited RTD leads, making it suitable for safety-critical applications.

With a 15-bit resolution, a nominal temperature resolution of 0.03125 °C, and a total accuracy of ±0.5 °C (0.05% of full scale), it delivers precise results. A maximum conversion time of 21 ms makes it ideal for real-time monitoring.

The RAK12022 can be ordered with a PT100 sensor included or as a standalone module for use with your own RTDs.
