Technical Details
The RAK12059 Liquid Level Sensor, part of the WisBlock Sensor Series, enables precise real-time measurement of water and liquid levels. It supports three different sensor lengths: 8.4″ (213 mm), 12.4″ (315 mm), and 24.34″ (618 mm) using Milonetech’s eTape technology.
Unlike mechanical float sensors, this solid-state design provides a resistive output inversely proportional to the liquid height:

Lower liquid level → higher resistance

Higher liquid level → lower resistance
It connects easily to WisBlock via the I²C interface, operates on a 3.3 V power supply, and supports an operating temperature range of -9 °C to +65 °C. This makes it an excellent solution for both indoor and outdoor fluid monitoring applications.
