RAK11200 WisBlock Core Module – WiFi & BLE with ESP32-WROVER, 240 MHz Dual-Core, 8 MB PSRAM

The RAK11200 is a versatile and powerful WiFi + Bluetooth module based on the Espressif ESP32-WROVER chipset, and part of the RAK WisBlock Core series. It targets a broad range of wireless applications and is optimized for ultra-low-power operation in connected IoT systems.

The module features two Xtensa® 32-bit LX6 microprocessors, each independently controllable and clocked at up to 240 MHz. With 8 MB of PSRAM, 4 MB SPI flash, and an integrated PCB antenna, the RAK11200 is ready to support demanding applications — from smart home and industrial automation to voice control and edge data processing.

It supports WiFi 802.11 b/g/n (up to 150 Mbps) and Bluetooth v4.2 (BR/EDR + BLE), and offers a rich set of peripherals, including UART, I2C, SPI, SD card interface, and RTC.

A low-power deep-sleep mode with ~10 µA current makes it ideal for battery-powered or solar-powered use cases. The module is easily programmable using the Arduino IDE or PlatformIO, enabling rapid development.

The Cyberon voice processing version includes a licensed integration of Cyberon speech recognition, and is compatible with WisBlock Audio modules. Package contents include jumper wires and pin headers for quick prototyping.
