The Milesight VS121-P is a smart IoT sensor for privacy-compliant detection of people movement and space utilization in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.5 to 4 meters. The P version is equipped with a PoE port (Power over Ethernet), making it ideal for professional use in offices, meeting rooms, public buildings, and educational institutions.

Instead of camera images, the sensor uses anonymous AI-based analysis that detects people with up to 95% accuracy, filters out U-turns, and records dwell time. This enables targeted analysis of occupancy, people flow, and space utilization – without any privacy risk (100% GDPR-compliant).

The combination of Ethernet interface, PoE power supply, DI/DO contacts, and a serial interface (RS485) (in development) offers numerous integration possibilities for modern building automation.
