The Milesight VS121 High-Ceiling Version is an intelligent IoT sensor for anonymously detecting people movement and occupancy in indoor spaces – for ceiling heights up to 7 meters. With a detection area of up to 77 m² per device, it is ideal for large-scale deployments such as shopping centers, airports, large offices, and retail areas.

Instead of using camera images, the sensor relies on 100% privacy-compliant detection (GDPR-compliant) with no personally identifiable information. The integrated AI analysis detects people with up to 95% accuracy, analyzes movement patterns, recognizes U-turns, and captures dwell time. This provides operators with precise insights for space and visitor analytics, helping optimize operations and use space efficiently.

Thanks to LoRaWAN® or PoE, the VS121 can be used wirelessly or network-connected – perfect for new or existing buildings. Up to 16 individual zones can be defined within the detection area, each with its own rules, triggers, and schedules.
