The Milesight UC512-DI-868M Solenoid Valve Controller is a high-performance device designed to control 12 V DC latching solenoids remotely via LoRaWAN® while simultaneously supporting pulse counting for water meters. It includes two solenoid interfaces and two dry-contact digital inputs, which can operate as digital inputs or pulse counters with a recommended frequency of up to 4000 Hz—making it ideal for flow measurement and water usage monitoring.
Powered by three replaceable 9000 mAh ER26500 Li-SOCl2 batteries and an integrated solar panel, the UC512 offers over 10 years of battery life in Class A mode. Its ultra-low power consumption and robust architecture ensure reliable long-term operation even in remote environments. The IP68 enclosure protects the device against water, dust, and harsh outdoor conditions.
The UC512 supports OTAA/ABP Class A and Class B, Multicast messaging, data storage (500 entries), local rule execution, and data retransmission. Configuration is conveniently done through an NFC-enabled mobile app. The controller also supports long-range communication up to 15 km line of sight, making it suitable for large-scale agriculture or distributed irrigation networks.
Typical application fields include agriculture irrigation, landscape watering systems, garden irrigation, water resource management, and remote valve control in municipal or industrial areas.
