Product Description Technical Details

The Milesight UC511-DI-868M EA is a versatile LoRaWAN®-enabled IoT controller designed to remotely control 12V DC latching solenoid valves and monitor digital input pulses, such as those from water meters.

The EA (External Antenna) version includes a 50 Ω SMA connector for enhanced signal reception, and is powered by an integrated solar panel, dual rechargeable batteries, or an optional DC input (5–24 V). Its IP68-rated enclosure and M12 connectors make it fully waterproof and dust-resistant — perfect for harsh outdoor deployments.

Featuring two digital inputs (dry contact), it can operate in pulse counter mode or monitor contact status. It supports Milesight D2D communication, local automation via IF-THEN rules, multicast control, and data storage for up to 500 entries with retransmission if the network is lost.

With NFC-based configuration, local or remote valve control, and ultra-low-power design, the UC511-DI-868M EA delivers a long battery life and autonomous field operation, making it ideal for agriculture, irrigation systems, smart cities, and utility infrastructure.
