Milesight IoT LoRaWAN E-Ink Display DS3604-868M PN White – E-Paper Display

The Milesight DS3604-868M PN White is an advanced IoT e-paper display equipped with a 4.2-inch tri-color (black, white, red) E-Ink screen. With a 400 × 300 pixel resolution, 119 DPI, and a 180° viewing angle, it provides exceptional clarity and readability in all lighting conditions.

Built on LoRaWAN® wireless technology with an internal antenna, the DS3604 ensures reliable, long-range communication with ultra-low power consumption. It supports multiple global frequency bands (EU868, US915, AS923, etc.) and can operate in Class A or Class B mode. Its power-efficient design and 3 × CR2450 lithium batteries provide up to 5 years of battery life in Class A mode (1 refresh per day) or 1.2 years in Class B mode (12 refreshes per day).

The display supports Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters, and can render content in up to 150 languages, including English, Chinese, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. It allows for remote and local updates of displayed content — including text, images, and QR codes — and features multicast capability for managing multiple displays simultaneously.

Configuration is simple via NFC or downlink commands, and the device includes both a buzzer and screen button for local interaction. Its ABS+PC white housing offers a sleek, modern look with IP30 protection, and it can be easily installed using 3M adhesive tape or wall screws.

The DS3604 seamlessly integrates with Milesight IoT Cloud and is compliant with standard LoRaWAN® gateways and network servers, making it ideal for smart office displays, workspace signage, and industrial labeling.
