Milesight EM300-MLD-868M LoRaWAN Magnetic Contact Switch

The Milesight EM300‑MLD‑868M is an advanced leakage detection sensor equipped with a flexible, printed sensing film designed to detect conductive liquids like water, weak acids, or bases. Its ultra-thin film design allows for large surface area coverage, making it ideal for precise and customized detection zones in environments where leaks must be addressed quickly.

With support for LoRaWAN® and Milesight D2D communication protocols, this device provides long-range wireless transmission (up to 10 km line-of-sight) while maintaining low power consumption. The IP67-rated enclosure and flame-retardant ABS + PC housing make it reliable in demanding environments like server racks, workshops, industrial facilities, and storage rooms.

The sensor features a reusable printed sensing film, NFC configuration, and real-time leak alarms. It also logs up to 1,000 historical records, supports data retransmission, and integrates seamlessly with Milesight IoT Cloud and the Milesight Development Platform.

Powered by a replaceable 4000 mAh battery (optional 8000 mAh), the EM300‑MLD offers up to 10 years of operation under typical use (1 hour leak per day, 25°C). Installation is flexible with options for wall screws, 3M tape, or cable ties for the transceiver and tape mounting for the sensing film.
