The Milesight EM400‑TLD‑N03GL is an advanced Time-of-Flight (ToF) distance sensor optimized for detecting fill levels and monitoring the status of small waste containers and bins. Its 27° field of view and 2 to 350 cm detection range enable precise measurements with minimal blind zones, making it ideal for compact installations.
In addition to accurate distance measurements with ±2 cm accuracy, the sensor integrates a 3-axis accelerometer for detecting tilt or lid movements, and an NTC temperature sensor for identifying abnormal heat conditions — such as burning waste — triggering alerts for safety.
The rugged ABS + PC (UL94 V0) housing with IP67 protection and internal anti-moisture coating ensures excellent durability in outdoor environments. The unit operates with two replaceable 9000 mAh batteries, delivering up to 10 years of service life, depending on communication protocol and usage mode.
The EM400‑TLD‑N03GL offers dual wireless support:
