You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kilo IoT GmbH, Mariendorfer Damm 1, 12099 Berlin, Germany, email: info@kiloiot.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. The declaration can be sent by post or email. The use of the attached model withdrawal form is not mandatory, but is available to you.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery for standard shipping. Excluded are additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if:

  • we have begun the execution of the contract and

  • you have expressly agreed that we begin the execution before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

  • you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal when the performance of the contract begins.
