Payment and Dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery is available worldwide.

Shipping Costs

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €9.51 incl. VAT per order.
For orders with a value of €2,000 or more, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries to EU countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 plus the destination country’s VAT.
For orders with a value of €2,000 or more, delivery is free of charge.

Deliveries to non-EU countries up to a value of €1,000:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €40.00 excluding VAT.

Deliveries to non-EU countries from a value of €1,000:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €85.00 excluding VAT, including customs duties.
The shipping fee includes shipping and customs registration, including applicable fees, but not import sales tax. This must be paid by the customer and will be invoiced by the shipping provider.

Provision of Digital Content

Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges.
Digital content is provided to you via a link sent by email.
The email containing access data for the provision of digital content will be sent within 24 hours after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after your payment instruction).
Digital content will also be available in your customer account.
You will also be informed about the availability by email.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the offer, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 working days, and for international deliveries 5–7 working days from the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.

  • Prepayment via bank transfer

  • Payment by invoice (only for authorities and companies within Germany)

  • Payment via PayPal

  • Payment via Apple Pay

Further Details on Payment

Payment by invoice is only available to authorities and companies.
The invoice amount is due within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.
